At NANUK Case Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your style, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
